Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer;

  • 2+ years of experience with Configuration as Code (CaaS), with a strong preference for Ansible;

  • 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in cloud environments, preferably AWS (Terraform);

  • 2+ years of practical experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins using imperative approach;

  • Proficient with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK);

  • Deep knowledge of Linux OS administration;

  • Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls;

  • Good knowledge of at least one of Go, Python, Groovy languages.

As a Plus

  • Experience with On-Premises Kubernetes (Rancher or other vanilla K8s distributions);

  • Experience with VMware vSphere environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and promote modern DevOps culture and practices across development, QA, and operations teams;

  • Deploy, manage, and optimize both on-premises and cloud-based Kubernetes clusters;

  • Automate and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless delivery;

  • Enhance infrastructure observability, proactive monitoring, and overall system reliability.
