Job Description

Account Coordinator 
The Account Coordinator role is a foundational role in supporting the execution and operational health of affiliate marketing programs. This position supports the day-to-day execution of affiliate programs, ensuring accurate program administration, smooth operations, and consistent partner engagement.

This is an execution-focused position designed for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments, enjoys working with data, and wants to build a strong foundation in affiliate strategy and client services.

What You’ll Do
Program Operations & Execution
  • Execute daily program management tasks to maintain operational excellence across assigned accounts
  • Process transaction inquiries, reconciliations, and batch uploads with precision
  • Manage commission updates, promo code activations, text links, and creative placements
  • Ensure timely partner approvals and onboarding workflows
  • Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and platform hygiene

Affiliate Partnership Support
  • Assist in recruiting and activating new affiliate partners aligned with client growth goals
  • Support onboarding, compliance checks, and quality assurance reviews
  • Coordinate affiliate communications including newsletters and promotional updates
  • Monitor partner activity and flag performance trends or optimization opportunities

Reporting & Insights
  • Pull performance reports and assist with data analysis
  • Monitor affiliate performance against vertical benchmarks
  • Identify anomalies, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support the team in preparing client-ready insights

Client & Team Collaboration
  • Participate in client calls to provide operational updates and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch smoothly
  • Shadow senior team members to deepen understanding of strategy development and optimization
  • Adhere to internal best practices, QA standards, and operational procedures
