About the role:

We’re hiring Ad Operations Analysts to join a fast-moving digital team. This is an entry-level role designed for highly analytical, technically minded graduates who want to get hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

You don’t need prior Ad Ops experience - but you must be sharp with numbers, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

This role is ideal for STEM graduates who want to break into digital advertising, data, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions daily
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery
  • Work with internal teams to execute and improve campaign performance
  • Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / platform dashboards)
  • Continuously test variables (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies)

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM fields preferred: Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
  • Fluent English (written and spoken - must be able to communicate clearly in a professional environment)
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus
  • Bonus: Any exposure to digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Additional details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position
  • Starting compensation: up to $1,500/month.
  • Performance-based growth: opportunity to scale to $3,000–$4,000/month based on results.
