Job Description
We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about what AI can do for marketing teams. Not excited in a "I've heard about it" way, but in a "I already use these tools daily and I have opinions about them" way. You might be early in your career, or pivoting from something adjacent, but you have gone deep on AI tools out of pure curiosity and you are ready to bring that energy into a team that wants to move fast. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and emerging technology. You will help Corsair's marketing teams discover, adopt, and get real value from AI tools across content creation, campaign operations, ecommerce, and beyond. If you have experimented with using Claude to draft and iterate on copy, built something with AI-assisted front-end code, explored how generative tools can accelerate creative production, or found clever ways to automate repetitive marketing tasks, this is the role for you. Here is what you will do as part of the team:Dig into how our marketing teams work today, find the slow and manual parts, and figure out where AI can make a real difference. Then actually go build it.Explore and pilot AI tools across content creation, paid media, ecommerce, and operations, turning experiments into repeatable workflows that the whole team can use.Help marketers use AI in their daily work, whether that is writing better prompts, integrating a new tool into an existing process, or finding a smarter way to get from brief to execution.Build lightweight automations that remove friction from marketing processes, using no-code and low-code tools alongside AI platforms to connect the dots between systems.Be the person who knows what is new in the AI space, shares it with the team, and helps everyone figure out what is actually worth using versus what is just hype.Document what works, train teammates, and create resources that make AI adoption stick across the organization rather than fading after the initial excitement.Work closely with paid media, content, brand, ecommerce, and data teams, listening to their challenges and acting as a bridge between what they need and what is now possible with AI.Required Qualifications:Genuine, hands-on passion for AI tools. You do not need years of professional experience, but you need to be able to show us what you have built, explored, or figured out on your own.Familiarity with generative AI platforms, LLM-based tools, or marketing automation technology, and a track record of actually using them rather than just knowing what they are.Strong collaborative instincts, comfortable working across teams, listening before proposing, and bringing others along on new ways of working.Clear communicator who can translate what AI can do into plain language for marketers, and translate what marketers need into something actionable for technical partners.Self-starter who identifies gaps and drives solutions to completion without needing close direction.Nice to have:Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.Prompt engineering experience or comfort working with AI APIs.Exposure to marketing data tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms. Background in a marketing discipline such as content, paid media, ecommerce, or brand. For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Annual Salary Range $80,000—$100,000 USD
