Role Overview

We’re hiring an Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our paid acquisition channels. You’ll work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive efficient, high-quality user growth.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and pacing; identify anomalies and implement optimisations as needed.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyse funnel metrics and attribution data to maximise ROAS and minimise CPA.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to brief, develop, and iterate on ad creatives.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and contribute to forecasting and budget planning.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms and analytics tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar MMPs.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing a consumer app or fintech product.
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
