Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Job Overview

We’re helping our client find a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to improve website performance across the e-commerce funnel. This role requires a highly data-driven professional capable of auditing site performance, identifying friction points, and implementing structured tests to increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive e-commerce funnel audits
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps and analytics tools
  • Identify barriers to purchase and conversion drop-offs
  • Develop and execute structured A/B testing frameworks
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
  • Design bundling, upsell, and cross-sell strategies to increase AOV
  • Track, measure, and report on performance improvements
  • Present insights and continuously refine testing hypotheses
  • 5+ years of CRO experience with measurable results
  • Proven success optimizing Shopify-based ecommerce stores
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics platforms
  • Experience in DTC apparel preferred
