Job Description

Role: Ecommerce Specialist (Amazon Focus)

Hours: 8am - 4pm Eastern Standard Time

Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (negotiable based on experience)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Ecommerce Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon operations. This role is perfect for someone who understands the ins and outs of Amazon Seller Central and can confidently manage backend operations, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the strategic growth of ecommerce sales.

Listed below are some of the roles, if you know one or two of them please apply, we are not requiring you to know all of these tasks.

  • Manage and resolve Amazon Cases, including account health issues, listing errors, ASIN variations, and brand registry support.
  • Maintain and optimize Amazon Masterfiles, ensuring accuracy across product listings, variations, categories, and catalog structure.
  • Conduct and implement Ecommerce SEO strategies across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms to drive traffic and improve organic rankings.
  • Monitor and fix Amazon Stranded Inventory, working cross-functionally to reinstate listings and prevent future issues.
  • Oversee Amazon Instock/forecasting by tracking inventory performance, analyzing sales trends, and recommending restock strategies to minimize lost sales and maximize availability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's backend processes including case management, listing optimization, and catalog health.
  • Experience with ecommerce SEO tactics (A+ Content, keyword research, product title/description optimization).
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort working with forecasting tools, inventory data, and sales reports.
  • Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with other ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, eBay).
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk.
  • Background in working with distributed teams or international marketplaces.
