Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Email Marketing Copywriter with strong DTC retention experience to drive lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for crafting high-performing campaigns and automated flows that increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development

  • Write compelling email campaigns for product launches and promotions.
  • Align messaging with seasonal and campaign strategies.
  • Develop strong subject lines and conversion-focused CTAs.

Lifecycle Automation

  • Build and optimize automated flows, including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase sequences.
  • Segment audiences for personalized messaging.
  • Improve repeat purchase rates and overall customer lifetime value.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Proven experience writing for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to balance brand voice with conversion performance.
  • Experience in apparel or lifestyle sectors preferred.
