Job Description

Job Title: Fractional Growth Marketer (Meta)
Job Type: Part-time / Remote
Work Hours: Flexible (U.S. time zone alignment preferred)

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a Fractional Growth Marketer (Meta) to own and scale paid social acquisition across Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you will build and manage Meta ad accounts from scratch, launch and optimize scalable campaigns, and drive efficient U.S.-based customer acquisition through data-driven testing and performance optimization while contributing directly to sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and structure Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts from the ground up, including pixel setup, event tracking, and campaign architecture
  • Launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, and scaling)
  • Develop acquisition strategies focused on U.S.-based audiences aligned with business growth goals
  • Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers to improve CPA and ROAS
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, bids, and placements accordingly
  • Collaborate with creative, growth, and leadership teams to align ad strategy with brand and funnel objectives
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and analytics tools
  • Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reporting with insights and next steps

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta ad accounts
  • Proven experience building ad accounts and campaigns from scratch
  • Demonstrated success acquiring customers in the U.S. market
  • Strong understanding of paid social metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fractional / remote capacity

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with DTC, eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses
  • Strong creative testing framework and ability to brief designers or editors effectively
  • Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
