We, SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and digitally savvy individuals to join us as Freelance Digital Engagement Specialists (Remote). The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting our online engagement activities and digital presence across multiple social media platforms.

Freelance Digital Engagement Specialist (Remote)

Job Description

  • Engage with audiences across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Contribute to enhancing brand presence and engagement in online communities.
  • Prepare and submit engagement reports accurately and within deadlines.
  • Identify trending topics and digital behavior insights that align with engagement goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure consistent tone and messaging in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed to align engagement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Active social media user with accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Having TikTok or XiaoHongShu accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Owns a Windows 10 PC or tablet with a stable internet connection.
  • Passionate about online interaction and digital trends.
  • Responsible, consistent, and able to work independently.

Job Type

Part-Time (Remote Work)

Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (choose your own time)

Salary

Pay-per-report: RM10 per completed task
