Job Description

About the Role

We're hiring a full-time GTM Automation Specialist who can manage the entire outbound process, from data enrichment to campaign execution to driving qualified meetings for our clients. You'll pull and qualify leads using tools like Clay, write compelling outbound copy, launch sequences in platforms like Instantly and Heyreach, and optimize campaigns for maximum replies and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Objective:

  • Drive qualified meetings booked for clients by executing strategic outbound work.
Daily / Weekly Tasks
  • Use data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay) to pull and qualify lead data.
  • Follow SOPs to collect, clean, and organize data before exporting.
  • Upload enriched leads into outreach platforms such as Instantly or Heyreach.
  • Write compelling outbound copy and sets up sequences independently.
  • Build, launch, and monitor outbound campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize outreach for higher replies and bookings.
  • Post jobs on job boards and export candidates into sequences.
  • Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) setups and automations for capture, tagging, and routing.
  • Support client calls to go over campaign performance, strategy, and improvements.
  • Report accurately on KPI performance and work to improve results. Create process documentation, SOPs, and Loom videos for internal scaling.

Required Experience & Skills:

Technical & Hard Skills

  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)
  • Comfortable with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
  • Experience building and launching outbound sequences
  • Excellent written English (copy creation for outbound)
  • Ability to follow SOPs precisely and iterate when needed

Soft Skills

  • Client-facing experience or strong customer support background
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Startup experience strongly preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience “vibe coding” or creating no-code automations
  • Prior SOP creation and training documentation experience
  • Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong understanding of outbound metrics & optimization
