In this role, you’ll be supporting the Personal Workplace Solutions business group Marketing team enabling key marketing processes—from managing purchase orders to deep-diving into cost analysis, reporting, and building resources for our marketing community.Key ResponsibilitiesCentral Point of Contact for Marketing Purchase OrdersLead the creation, tracking, and management of all marketing Purchase Orders (POs).Act as the main liaison between marketing, finance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth and compliant PO processing.Troubleshoot and resolve PO issues efficiently.Marcom Reporting: Deep-Dive Analyses of Marketing Working & Non-Working CostsAnalyze marketing spend, including working (media, activation) and non-working (production, agency fees) costs.Support monthly and adhoc reporting for the CMO, consolidating insights that support MarCom decision-makingAggregate agency fee data and maintain a clear view on overall marcom budget efficiency.PWS Reporting SME (OCRM)Serve as the subject matter expert for Business Group reporting within the marketing reporting platform (OCRM).Develop, maintain, and enhance regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.Collaborate with analytics and IT teams to upgrade reporting functionalities.Project Management & Process improvementCoordinate and support ad hoc x-functional process improvement projects to drive operational excellence ( localization, asset management, toolkit optimization, etc…)Best Practices & Marketing Community SupportEstablish and continuously improve a centralized repository of marketing resources, best practices, onboarding guides, and partner materials as well as equip current teams with up-to-date templates, decks, and FAQs.Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and operational excellence within the marketing function.Contribute and support adhoc needs including beautification of marketing materials and presentationsWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, or a related field (internships welcome)Strong analytical abilities and a knack for turning data into actionable insights and data visualizationsExperience with reporting tools (Excel, OCRM, Tableau, etc.)Familiarity with tools for collaboration and knowledge management (Google Suite, Notebook LLM and other AI tools etc.)Curiosity to explore and test new AI tools to create more efficient ways of working Effective communicator and team player, able to partner with cross-functional groupsEagerness to learn, share knowledge, and improve processes continuallySharp eye for detail and presentation skillsFluency in EnglishAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
