This role is the backbone of our influencer pipeline - ensuring the delivery team always has a steady stream of high-quality, brand-aligned creators to work with. Strong attention to detail, a good eye for creator quality, and genuine curiosity about social media trends are key to thriving here.

About us:

  • A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
  • An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
  • Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO

We’re trusted by 100+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 70+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $200M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.

BM Digital is not just an agency. We’re a scalable growth platform with a strong performance guarantee, a track record of results, and a culture built for A-players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Sourcing: Identify and evaluate creators aligned with client brand values, target audiences, and campaign objectives across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Database Management: Own and maintain an up-to-date influencer database, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and ready for the delivery team to action.
  • Blacklist Management: Track and update the blacklisted influencer list based on quality flags, past performance issues, or brand safety concerns.
  • Niche & Keyword Research: Proactively research new content niches, search terms, and discovery strategies to expand and diversify the creator pool.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate creators against defined benchmarks - reviewing engagement quality, audience authenticity, content standards, and brand fit before adding them to the pipeline.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Experience: Familiar with influencer marketing or social media, or currently studying in the marketing field.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to spot inconsistencies, fake engagement, or low-quality profiles quickly and accurately.
  • Organized: Comfortable managing a high volume of profiles and keeping databases clean and current.
  • Curious: Genuinely interested in social media trends, creator culture, and what makes content perform.
  • Computer Literate: Confident using spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
