Job Description

The Role 

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to help grow KUDO’s brand awareness and pipeline across multiple channels. 

This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining content, digital marketing, and event marketing/managementYou’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute campaigns, produce high-quality content, and drive engagement across social, email, PR distribution, and events.

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation & Thought Leadership 

  • Create high-quality content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies,
    in line with KUDO’s global positioning and tone of voice. 
  • Translate product updates and customer stories into compelling marketing assets.  
  • Develop sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards).  
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer teams to identify content opportunities.  

 

Social Media & Digital Marketing 

  • Own and grow KUDO’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn).  
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches.  
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize engagement and reach. 
  • Support broader digital campaigns to drive traffic and awareness.  

 

PR & Brand Visibility 

  • Support KUDO’s public relations efforts by drafting and distributing press releases for key announcements, product launches, and company milestones. 
  • Identify and submit relevant industry awards and recognitions to increase brand visibility and credibility.  
  • Help position KUDO as a thought leader through strategic PR opportunities and media outreach. 

 

Email Marketing & Campaigns 

  • Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters (e.g. product updates, partner communications).  
  • Manage audience segmentation and campaign performance tracking.  
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, subject lines, and formats.  

 

Events & Field Marketing 

  • Own the execution of trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events.  
  • Coordinate logistics, messaging, and on-site presence.  
  • Support pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize ROI.  
  • Collaborate with sales on lead follow-up and activation.  

 

Brand & Growth 

  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute brand and demand generation strategies.  
  • Identify new opportunities to increase visibility and generate leads.  
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.  

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or events.  
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating long-form and short-form content.  
  • Experience managing social media and email marketing campaigns.  
  • Familiarity with event marketing and trade show execution.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.  
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a growing company.  

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or multilingual communication industries.  
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing platforms.  
  • Experience working with global or multilingual audiences.
