🚀 We’re Hiring: Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist- 100% Remote🚀
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound growth initiatives.
This role is primarily focused on LinkedIn and email outreach, with additional responsibilities in content support and light marketing operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building outbound pipelines and engaging prospects through structured, personalized campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Outreach & Prospecting (Primary Focus)
- Send up to 400 targeted connection requests per month
- Identify and engage decision-makers (HR Directors, Managing Directors, Sales Directors)
- Execute multi-step follow-up sequences in a personalized tone
- Send voice note follow-ups to increase engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging
- Email Outreach & Lead Generation
- Build and manage cold and warm email campaigns
- Source and scrape contact details for target prospects
- Execute structured 3-touch email sequences
- Integrate LinkedIn leads into email follow-ups
- Track and improve response and conversion rates
- Content Support (Secondary)
- Create and schedule up to 5 LinkedIn posts per week
- Write content based on the provided video materials and themes
- Topics may include:
- Founder story
- Emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0)
- Cost of a bad hire
- Industry insights
- Ensure consistent posting across personal and company profiles
- Campaign & Lead Magnet Support
- Assist in deploying lead magnets (e.g., AI-based assessments)
- Support campaign adjustments based on performance and engagement
- Light Marketing Operations
- Support basic SEO improvements
- Assist with CRM updates and integration with the website
- Work with outreach and tracking tools to maintain campaign efficiency
Must-Have Skills:
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B Outreach & Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative (SDR) function
- Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
- At least 2+ years of experience executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and prospect engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator (built on LinkedIn)
- At least 2+ years of experience in cold email outreach and sequencing, using platforms like Instantly or Lemlist (built on SMTP/email infrastructure)
- At least 2+ years of experience in lead sourcing and data scraping, using tools such as Apollo (built on cloud-based SaaS data systems)
- Proven experience in building and optimizing outbound pipelines, including campaign tracking, A/B testing, and conversion optimization (typically using CRM and analytics dashboards)
- At least 1+ year of experience managing CRM systems and lead tracking workflows, ensuring proper integration between outreach tools and databases
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- At least 1+ years of experience in recruitment or B2B services industry outreach workflows
- At least 1+ year of experience in LinkedIn content writing and scheduling, including personal branding and company page management (via LinkedIn native tools or schedulers)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword optimization and on-page improvements (typically implemented via CMS platforms)
- Familiarity with AI-based lead magnets and campaign funnels, including assessment tools and gated content delivery
- Experience working with UK-based markets, including timezone coordination and communication norms
- Exposure to marketing automation and campaign tracking tools integrated with outreach workflows
- Experience with voice-note or multimedia outreach strategies to increase engagement rates
