What You’ll DoLead Performance Strategy: Build and execute paid social strategies that drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across Corsair’s portfolio of brandsTailor campaigns for global markets with thoughtful localization and audience segmentationManage Campaigns from Start to Finish: Launch, monitor, and optimize full-funnel campaigns including awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple social channelsOwn campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and scale targetsDrive Creative Testing and Collaboration: Work with our creative team to brief, test, and refine high-performing ad creativesUse structured testing and insights to inform creative strategy and innovationOptimize Targeting: Leverage first- and third-party data, custom audiences, lookalikes, and platform-native tools to segment and reach the right audience at the right timeAnalyze and Report with Precision: Dive deep into performance data to extract insights and identify optimization opportunitiesProduce weekly and monthly reporting decks that tell a story and drive actionStay Ahead of the Curve: Test emerging ad formats, platform betas, and new acquisition channelsMonitor algorithm changes and evolving platform best practicesSupport Budget and Forecasting: Help manage paid media budgets while ensuring efficient allocation by market and channel What We’re Looking For2 to 4 years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid social campaigns in a D2C eCommerce environmentDemonstrated success managing ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and/or RedditExperience managing campaigns across multiple brands, ideally within a global or multi-regional setupStrong analytical skills with a command of key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CVR, and LTVComfortable navigating large datasets and A/B test results to make data-backed decisionsExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesPassion for performance marketing, experimentation, and continuous learning For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  Annual Salary Range $75,000—$95,000 USD
