Full-Time Performance Marketing Manager: Tardus Wealth Strategies
About Tardus

Tardus Wealth Strategies is a mission-driven wealth coaching firm focused on creating a Wealth Revolution through education, coaching, and innovative cash-flow strategies. We are headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi and scaling into a national franchise network.

We operate with clear systems, defined metrics, and a high standard of accountability. Our team is built for individuals who take ownership, execute independently, and measure success by outcomes — not activity.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for paid media and digital growth systems that generate qualified leads for Tardus.

This is a performance-based role — not a general marketing position.

You are primarily responsible for building, testing, and scaling paid campaigns that produce consistent, cost-efficient lead flow. Success is measured by outcomes you directly control: lead volume, lead quality, and campaign performance within budget.

This role operates independently within defined systems and requires strong judgment, data fluency, and disciplined execution.

Fit Disclaimer

This role is built for marketing professionals who want full ownership of outcomes.

It is not a fit for candidates who:

  • Prefer broad, undefined marketing responsibilities

  • Need constant direction or approval to execute

  • Avoid metrics, performance pressure, or accountability

Tardus operates at a high standard. Expectations are clear, performance is visible, and results matter.
