Job Description

Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimisation, analytics and delivering measurable results? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth, generate high-quality leads and maximise ROI across all channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, run and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Improve website performance, user journeys and conversion rates
  • Build dashboards and report on performance (GA4 / Looker Studio)
  • Support marketing campaigns through content and messaging
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and funnel insights (via GTM)

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Strong experience in paid media, SEO and CRO
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and key ad platforms
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to contribute to content and campaign execution
  • Experience working with designers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in B2B or lead-generation-focused marketing is advantageous
