Job Description

Job Title: PPC & Listing Optimization Specialist (Amazon Reseller Focus)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (with some flexibility)

Salary Range: $1,300 – $2,000 USD

We’re looking for a data-driven PPC & Listing Optimization Specialist to help drive traffic, improve visibility, and increase sell-through across a large Amazon catalog.

This role operates in a high-volume reseller environment (2,500+ ASINs), where the primary focus is moving underperforming inventory and increasing page views on slow-moving products, not just managing a small set of branded listings.

Responsibilities

PPC Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic and improve conversions
  • Focus on supporting new listings and boosting visibility for underperforming SKUs
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting accordingly
  • Identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency improvements

Listing Optimization

  • Analyze listings with low page views or poor sell-through and take action
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, and key attributes to improve visibility and conversion
  • Work within partial listing control environments, adapting to platform constraints
  • Support optimization efforts for new listings where we have more control

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Use Seller Central reports (sessions, conversion rates, etc.) to identify opportunities
  • Conduct keyword and market research using tools like DataDive
  • Track performance trends and proactively recommend improvements
  • Prioritize actions based on impact (traffic, sell-through, inventory levels)

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience with Amazon PPC and listing optimization
  • Experience managing large catalogs (hundreds to thousands of SKUs)
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and conversion optimization
  • Experience working in reseller or multi-brand environments
  • Ability to work within limited control over listings
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experienced in pushing slow-moving inventory and improving low-visibility products
  • Strong problem-solver who can operate within constraints
  • Highly proactive and data-driven in decision-making
  • Able to prioritize effectively across a large number of SKUs

Important Context (Must Read)

  • This is not a private label role managing a small number of ASINs
  • We operate as resellers on existing third-party listings
  • You will be working across 2,500+ ASINs, with plans to scale further
  • Many listings have limited edit access, requiring creative problem-solving
  • The #1 goal is to push product, especially slow movers and low page view items
  • PPC is mainly used to support new listings and boost underperforming products, not core best-sellers

Success Metrics

  • Increased page views and traffic across underperforming listings
  • Improved conversion rates
  • Efficient and scalable PPC performance
  • Measurable improvement in sell-through, especially for slow-moving inventory
  • Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.
  • Growth Opportunities: As a key player you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us.
  • Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.
