We’re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.The Sr. Specialist, CRM Strategy, Battlefield will play a critical role in developing strategic plans across Email and In-Game channels for Battlefield fans around the world. This position will report into the Senior Manager, CRM Strategy - Battlefield and work closely with the cross-functional teams to execute engagement, retention and monetization initiatives that provide value to players while driving meaningful impact to the business.Responsibilities:Collaborate as a member of the Battlefield Pod to determine optimal content placement for players at critical moments in their personal progressionAssist in managing the content calendar, content briefs, content forecasting, and content approval and proofing processesDevelop strategies for reaching cohorts and player segments based on business goalsIdentify innovative approaches to enhance the lifetime value of our playersTroubleshoot in a highly visible environmentPartner with teams to identify gaps in processes and to develop workflow enhancementsIdentify opportunities to improve toolsCultivate relationships with internal partners and team membersDevelop process documentation and best practicesFollow content, social, and digital trends and best practices within and outside the gaming industryQualifications:Multiple years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing data, or marketing technology fieldsExperience with digital advertising operations, including campaign programming and deliveryAbility to drive multiple projects and streams of work concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper documentation and reportingExpertise in quality control checks, in-depth troubleshootingPassionate about games, or game theory.
