Job Description

Position: TikTok Shop Manager / Affiliate

Location: Remote (Global)

Scope of the Role:

This role owns revenue growth through TikTok Shop, with a primary focus on affiliate-led sales and creator-driven GMV. You will be accountable for turning TikTok Shop into a predictable, scalable revenue channel, not an experimental one.

You will operate at the intersection of affiliate strategy, creator partnerships, merchandising, and performance optimization, working closely with paid media, creative, influencer, and operations teams.

This is a hands-on operator role, not a coordination-only position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Shop Revenue & Strategy

  • Own TikTok Shop GMV, affiliate contribution, and conversion performance against monthly revenue targets
  • Build and execute a TikTok Shop growth roadmap across affiliates, creators, promotions, and product strategy
  • Forecast sales, plan promotional calendars, and identify growth levers by SKU and creator segment

2. Affiliate & Creator Growth

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates at scale, with a clear focus on performance-based creators
  • Design and optimize commission structures, tiered incentives, and bonus campaigns to drive volume and retention
  • Identify high-potential creators early and convert them into consistent revenue partners
  • Track affiliate performance and actively prune, scale, or renegotiate partnerships based on ROI

3. Campaigns, Content & Seeding

  • Coordinate product seeding and creator activations tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
  • Brief creative teams on what converts in TikTok Shop, using performance data—not opinions
  • Partner with paid and influencer teams to align organic affiliate content with broader growth initiatives

4. Operations & Optimization

  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations: listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory coordination
  • Monitor TikTok Shop trends, policy changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities or risks
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and operational best practices

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze and report on GMV, conversion rate, AOV, affiliate contribution, and creator-level ROI
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for scaling or course correction

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or social commerce for DTC/eCommerce brands
  • Proven track record of scaling TikTok Shop or affiliate-led revenue, not just managing creators
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Experience recruiting and managing dozens to hundreds of affiliates/creators
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning revenue metrics and performance accountability
  • Ability to work EST hours and operate independently in a fast-moving environment
