Scope of the Role

Create and edit high-converting video assets specifically for paid media, with a clear understanding of what drives performance on platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form performance videos for paid social
  • Adapt creatives based on performance insights and feedback
  • Produce variations for testing hooks, angles, and formats
  • Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists
  • Optimise videos for platform-specific best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating performance-focused video creatives
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
  • Experience editing ads for Meta and TikTok
  • Fast turnaround and ability to iterate quickly
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and creative optimisation
