Job Description

About CloudWalk:
We are not just another fintech unicorn. We are a pack of dreamers, makers, and tech enthusiasts building the future of payments. With millions of happy customers and a hunger for innovation, we're now expanding our neural network - literally and metaphorically.

As a member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing frontend solutions that enhance user experience and support data-driven decision workflows. You are expected to have strong engineering skills and a passion for building intuitive, high-quality interfaces. Your mission is to translate complex insights into clear, responsive, and scalable frontend components, improving visibility into churn metrics and empowering operational teams. The ideal candidate has critical thinking abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, design systems, and performance-oriented development practices.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Develop and extend features in our public websites
    • A/B test different layouts and pages to increase conversion
    • Guarantee consistency and quality in the design implementation on the available devices and viewports
    • Proactively refactor code that needs improvement
    • Take part in the decision making of writing a clean and simple architecture design system

What You Need to Succeed

    • Solid experience in Javascript including NodeJS, NPM, and Yarn (Ruby on Rails is a great plus)
    • Pixel perfect eyes and passion for performance and accessibility
    • Ability to implement design specs precisely with HTML, CSS, FlexBox, and Media Queries
    • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Avocode or Zeplin
    • DevOps skills including git, webpacker, babel, and debugging experience (reading through application logs)
