Senior Frontend Developer - Outplayed

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join the Outplayed team at Overwolf and help us push the limits of what gaming capture can be.In this role, you’ll be part of the development team behind Outplayed, the leading video and screen capture app for gamers built on the Overwolf platform. Responsibilities In this role, you will:Own end-to-end delivery of major client features across a multi-window desktop applicationLead client-side infrastructure initiatives, including authentication migration, A/B testing systems, and social featuresTake a leading role in the incremental modernization of the technology stackManage integrations with Overwolf/native plugins (C#, FFmpeg)Drive engineering excellence through ownership, code reviews, and high development standardsMentor and grow a junior frontend developer Help maintain a vampire-free environment throughout the office Requirements 6+ years of software development experienceStrong proficiency in TypeScript and ReactExperience with Redux and IndexedDBExperience building desktop or hybrid applications (Electron, CEF, or similar)Experience working with large, mature codebasesCollaborative team player with strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Bonus pointsExperience with video/media pipelines or FFmpegExperience with native integrations (C#, plugins)Experience with client-side databases or observability toolsBackground in mentoring engineersPassion for gamingProficiency in dual-wielding hand crossbows
