Job Description

Your role
As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you are the technical authority for our frontend platform. You own the architecture and technical direction of the user-facing layer of our intralogistics management system, partnering with engineering leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, well-executed technical solutions.
Your mission
  • Your architectural decisions shape how operators interact with robots and logistical processes in real factories and warehouses
  • You own the technical design and end-to-end execution of complex, cross-team frontend initiatives — from scoping and architecture to delivery and operational excellence.
  • You are given business objectives, not technical instructions. You assess feasibility, estimate scope and resources, design high-level solutions, and defend your approach.
  • You set the technical direction for our frontend ecosystem: Angular architecture, shared libraries, performance strategy, and tooling. You drive adoption of technologies and frameworks, making informed build-vs-buy decisions grounded in business context.
  • You design for non-functional requirements — performance, scalability, reliability, observability — and consciously prioritize them alongside feature delivery. Our real-time WebSocket-driven UIs updating several times per second demand deep expertise in high-frequency rendering and performance optimization.
  • You raise the technical bar across teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, reusable patterns, and mentorship of senior engineers. You identify and drive resolution of technical debt and systemic issues.
  • You translate fluently between technical designs and business impact, partnering with Product to shape roadmaps and contributing to quarterly planning, high-level estimates, and trade-off discussions.
  • You represent engineering in cross-functional leadership forums and may represent the company externally through conference talks, blog posts, or industry participation.
Your profile
  • You have 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a track record of owning technical direction in product-driven environments.
  • You bring deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive production experience in Angular (React or Vue are also welcome). Experience with WebGL/GPU technologies or libraries such as PixiJS, ThreeJS, or Babylon.js is a strong plus.
  • You communicate fluently in English (C2) — it's our primary team and company language.
  • You have strong architectural thinking: you design systems that balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery, and you navigate ambiguous problems where even the full scope isn't initially clear.
  • You understand business models, strategic priorities, and competitive positioning well enough to frame technical proposals in terms of business impact.
  • You are confident leading across teams — influencing technical decisions through clear communication and earned trust, mentoring senior engineers, and aligning stakeholders with different priorities.
  • You are experienced with modern development workflows, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools.
