They will support the team by implementing functionality, fixing bugs, and helping enhance platform performance and scalability.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of internal tools, APIs and servicesWrite clean, maintainable code with team guidance and clearly document the workContribute independently and take ownership of small-scale tasks or prototypesParticipate in discussions on design, technology choices, and experimentation with new ideasWhat You Will LearnWork on a real commercial product within a cross-functional teamGain hands-on experience with backend and/or frontend development in a production environmentLearn how to design, build, and maintain internal tools and APIsUnderstand how eCommerce systems, payments, and integrations workImprove collaboration skills using modern development workflows (Git, code reviews, task tracking)Candidate Profile – Must HaveFamiliarity with at least one modern programming language (Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar)Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue)Basic proficiency in AI tools (e.g., code assistants, prompt-based tools, or workflow enhancers)Exposure to version control systems (Git)Fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structuresStrong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and take initiative when facing unfamiliar problemsProficiency in English (written and spoken)Required Knowledge / ToolsGit (GitHub / GitLab)Jira or similar task management toolsBasic IDEs (VS Code or similar)Postman or similar API testing toolsBenefits:Hybrid Work (2 days/week from the office);MyBenefits platform - meal tickets with the value of 45 Ron/day;Day off for your birthday, your children`s birthday and company’s anniversary.
