Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Run structured discovery with customer admins, IT/security owners, and business stakeholders to map current-state processes, systems, pain points, and desired outcomes.
-
Design the target workflow in Sprinto across entities, owners, automations, checks, approval paths, evidence flows, questionnaires, and AI-assisted actions.
-
Configure and deploy customer solutions across Sprinto modules and connected systems; use APIs and custom integrations when native workflows are not enough.
-
Build technical assets when needed — API mappings, data transforms, simple scripts, test plans, and troubleshooting guides.
-
Develop on the production codebase to extend feature capabilities across the platform
-
Own deployment execution from scoping to go-live, including validation, risk management, issue resolution, and structured handoff to CSM/support teams.
-
Pilot solutions with customers, define success criteria, monitor adoption, and iterate based on exceptions, usage signals, and stakeholder feedback.
-
Convert repeated customer requests into reusable playbooks, templates, accelerators, and design patterns that improve future deployments.
-
Partner closely with Solutions Engineers, CSMs, GRC experts, Product, and Engineering to balance customer customisation with repeatability and product direction.
-
Support escalated post-go-live workflow issues where the fix requires technical depth, process redesign, or new deployment patterns.

Customer problem structuring — ability to convert ambiguous customer conversations into precise, actionable problem statements
-
Solution design judgment — strong instinct for when to configure, extend, or build from scratch

Prompt & workflow design — designing reliable prompts, tools, and execution flows for consistent agent behavior
-
System integration & APIs — deep understanding of integrating external systems, handling data flow, and managing edge cases
-
Rapid prototyping & iteration — shipping quick solutions, testing with users, and refining in tight feedback loops
-
Debugging & adaptability — diagnosing issues across both human-written and agent-generated code
-
Stakeholder communication — clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Product sense & feedback looping — identifying repeat patterns and feeding insights back into product and platform improvements
