About the Role

We’re looking for a highly autonomous Ecommerce & Print Designer who brings precision to print production and embraces modern creative workflows, including AI tools.

This role owns the tangible expression of our brand across retail environments: signage, wayfinding, large-format graphics, in-store campaigns, and promotional displays. You will not only execute production-ready print work but also leverage AI tools to accelerate creative iteration and campaign output.

We need someone hungry to make an impact — comfortable moving quickly, experimenting with new tools, and producing high-volume creative variations when needed.

What You’ll Own

AI-Enhanced Creative Production

  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly generate and test high-volume creative variations (e.g., 50–70+ Meta ad variations within a few hours when needed).
  • Use AI tools to rapidly generate creative variations for advertising and in-store promotions.
  • Produce high-volume design iterations efficiently (e.g., multiple Meta ad variations within hours).
  • Leverage prompting frameworks to test visual concepts, layouts, copy variations, and campaign themes.
  • Proactively explore and recommend new AI tools to improve speed and output.

Retail & Print Execution

  • Design store signage, wayfinding systems, window clings, posters, point-of-sale materials, and event collateral.
  • Adapt campaign visuals into large-format, retail-ready executions.
  • Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, crop marks, color profiles, vendor specs).
  • Maintain a clean and organized signage library by store type (flagship, boutique, outlet, etc.).
  • Manage vendor submissions, proofing, timelines, and quality checks (based on experience level).

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, print, or environmental design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, production-ready print work across formats.
  • Deep understanding of print production, materials, and large-format specifications.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Figma is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production (prompting, asset generation, variation testing).
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and requests simultaneously.

Bonus:

  • Experience working directly with signage vendors and printers.
  • Familiarity with retail environments or visual merchandising principles.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-volume ad creative variations using AI.
