They are a consumer products eCommerce company that imports and sells private-label products across major online marketplaces. Their business focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing marketplace advertising to drive sales performance while staying aligned with brand and budget goals. Operating in a fast-paced, seasonal environment, they emphasize data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and strong cross-channel execution across platforms like Amazon and Walmart.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creation and optimization of digital assets for eCommerce platforms. The role involves designing product images, infographics, and video assets, retouching photography, adapting content across multiple online marketplaces, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and performance across product categories.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the following applications to create graphic designs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Lightroom

• Imagine and create infographics of existing and new product images for eCommerce listings
• Follow customer guidelines around digital advertising across multiple eCommerce platforms in creating and updating product content and product listings
• Retouch product images taken by photographers in China to create digital assets
• Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects and often select the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text
• Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team
• Leverage or be willing to learn how to leverage generative AI for digital asset creation and optimization
• Work simultaneously on different projects

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio must include Amazon product listings, SKU-based design work, and related eCommerce assets (infographics, A+ content, listing images, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Amazon and other eCommerce retailer portals, including experience creating and updating product listings
• Ability to retouch and enhance product photography for eCommerce use
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms (web, marketplace listings, social media, and print if needed)
• Experience using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools is a plus
• Highly preferred: Use of an Apple computer for workflow compatibility (Windows-based designers will be considered if technical alignment can be ensured)
• Professional remote setup (camera, microphone, desktop/laptop with mouse and keyboard)

• 💼 Full-Time Position: M–F Business Hours CST
• 💵 Salary: $2,500/month USD
• 🏠 10 days PTO plus U.S Holidays (with flexibility)
• 📄 Contract: Independent Contractor
