About the role:
This is an opportunity to join BRANDTECH+'s new in-house studio embedded with our client, as a Motion Designer/Video Editor creating tier 2 and tier 3 video content.
Design and edit compelling video content that engages Our client´s sophisticated audiences across subscriber and advertising campaigns. Working offshore with global creative coordination, you'll create motion graphics and video assets that maintain editorial credibility while driving engagement across digital channels. Your motion design expertise will help establish video production capabilities that scale with the studio's growing demands.
You'll be the motion specialist behind video marketing assets that translate premium journalism into compelling visual storytelling. Working at the intersection of motion design and marketing communications, you'll create video content that engages business professionals and investors while respecting editorial standards. We're looking for someone who can balance creative excellence with production efficiency, developing video assets that drive measurable results across digital marketing channels. Success means creating video communications that strengthen audience engagement while establishing reliable motion graphics production capabilities.
What You'll be Doing:
- Create tier 2 and tier 3 video content and motion graphics across social, display, email, and digital channels
- Design motion graphics that align with editorial voice and premium brand positioning
- Edit video content that translates complex financial topics into accessible, engaging visual communications
- Develop motion design templates and video production workflows that enable efficient content creation
- Ensure video deliverables meet quality and technical requirements
- Create compelling visual storytelling that maintains editorial credibility while driving marketing effectiveness
- Build video asset libraries and motion graphics systems that support scalable content production
- Leverage GenAI platforms, workflows, and tools for video creation & editing
- Work with account teams to transform marketing requirements into effective video communications
- Stay current with video production trends and motion design techniques relevant to financial media marketing
Qualifications & Skills
- A portfolio demonstrating motion design and video editing excellence in marketing communications
- Motion graphics expertise that creates compelling visual storytelling while maintaining professional credibility
- Proven ability to edit video content efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Experience creating video content for digital marketing channels including social media and display advertising
- Collaboration skills that work effectively with global creative teams and coordinate across time zones
- A talent for translating complex business information into clear, engaging video communications
- The ability to balance creative innovation with brand guidelines and production efficiency requirements
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other motion design and video editing tools
- 5+ years of motion design and video editing experience with proven success in marketing communications
