Job Description

 GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced UGC Video Editors! This role revolves in creating videos for ad sets and socials.

The Role:

  • Design videos for ad sets, social, etc.
  • Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, recut, text overlays, etc.)
  • Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels
  • Turn around content quickly, 3-4 video concepts per week 
  • Match brand style and have an eye for viral, high-performing UGC ad content

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of video editing experience creating UGC type of video for social media
  • 2+ years of experience in using Adobe Creative Suite tools (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  • Has a portfolio that has demonstrated return of investment from edited/produced videos
  • Experience/familiarity in Asana or other project management tool
  • Has to have a strong attention to detail 
  • With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to working on a US time zone (PST)
  • Comfortable using a time-tracker tool during the shift (Hubstaff for productivity tracking and payroll purposes)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
  • Interest in creative strategy


Growth Into:

  • Saving, organizing, tagging, and filing creative assets for easy access and collaboration


Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month
*$300 SIGN-ON BONUS upon successfully completing the first 90 days from onboarding.
