Role Overview
The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end brand relationships, campaign strategy, and client retention across One Impression’s marketplace and managed services. You’ll lead a team of account managers and specialists, ensuring world-class execution, consistent client satisfaction, and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
 
This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring coordination between sales, operations, creators, and the product team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Client Relationship Management
    • Own relationships with key brand clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, understanding brand objectives and delivering customized influencer/content solutions.
    • Build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.

    • 2. Campaign Strategy & Delivery
    • Translate brand briefs into actionable campaign plans with clear deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with creator operations and strategy teams to ensure on-time and quality execution.
    • Monitor campaign performance, optimize outcomes, and present results through structured reports and insights.

    • 3. Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the client servicing team, ensuring strong client communication, operational excellence, and proactive account management.
    • Drive productivity, process adherence, and performance metrics across the team.
    • Develop training modules for campaign execution, client handling, and internal coordination.

    • 4. Business Growth & P&L Ownership
    • Contribute to revenue targets through renewals, cross-selling, and expansion of existing brand partnerships.
    • Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on client portfolio performance.
    • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive client success stories and case studies.

    • 5. Process & Collaboration
    • Identify inefficiencies in client operations and work with internal teams to automate and improve workflows.
    • Leverage One Impression’s tech platform and analytics tools to enhance campaign outcomes and transparency.
    • Ensure alignment between client needs, creator deliverables, and internal capabilities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

    • 3-6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand partnerships, preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or SaaS platforms.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise clients and large-scale campaigns simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting, ROI analysis, and P&L understanding.
    • Experience leading a team of 4–10 members across account management or delivery functions.
    • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand communication, and digital content ecosystems.
    • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
