Job Description
Clear Capital is a national real estate analytics, data solutions and valuation technology company. We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5-10 years of experience to own and execute all digital marketing efforts, including search marketing, paid media, website, and performance tracking. This position demands strong digital marketing expertise combined with a desire to drive the sales pipeline to meet our aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B demand generation, think on a strategic level, and be hands-on in driving and executing marketing programs.
What You Will Work On
- Search & Paid Media:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, including technical SEO/AEO/GEO audits, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic AI/search rankings and traffic.
- Own the strategy, budget, execution, and optimization of Paid Media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, trade publications) and of Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing) to drive MQLs and pipeline within target segments.
- Website Management & Optimization:
- Act as the primary administrator for the corporate website and blog (WordPress), ensuring high performance, security, and a seamless user experience (UX).
- Collaborate with the Content and Product teams to ensure the website accurately reflects product offerings and thought leadership, and is optimized for SEO/AEO/GEO.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts on landing pages and key website sections through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Own the digital marketing analytics stack, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and paid platform reporting.
- Develop and present regular performance reports on digital channels (traffic, cost per lead, MQL volume, ROI), providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure all digital activities are properly tracked and integrated with the Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) for accurate attribution and closed-loop reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize short and long-term campaigns to drive conversions and lead generation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize experiences throughout the acquisition funnel to increase conversion.
- Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager on email marketing and social media marketing to ensure they work cohesively with other digital marketing efforts, as well as optimize digital distribution and promotion of high-value assets (e.g. white papers, webinars).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure digital lead flows and handoffs are efficient and effective.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize short and long-term campaigns to drive conversions and lead generation. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize experiences throughout the acquisition funnel to increase conversion. Who We Are Looking For
- 5-10 years of direct experience managing and optimizing B2B digital marketing programs, with a heavy emphasis on demand generation and pipeline contribution.
- Expert-level proficiency in AEO/GEO/SEO best practices and proven success in improving organic visibility.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and website optimization principles (UX/CRO).
- Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing ad platforms (e.g., Linkedin, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook).
- Demonstrated experience managing significant PPC/SEM budgets with a focus on conversion optimization and lead quality, not just volume.
- Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating data insights into tangible digital strategy adjustments.
- Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to drive business priorities within the larger organization as well as to work with cross-functional partners to win as one team.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working within the FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or Data/Analytics B2B space is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $128.00to $166,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
