Job Description

Role

We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our user acquisition efforts across Tier-1 markets (U.S., UK, Canada, Australia). This person will own strategy and execution for scaling performance marketing through collaboration with product, creative, analytics, and MarTech teams.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing large budgets, a cross-functional team, and pushing the boundaries of creative testing and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire performance marketing strategy: planning, execution, testing, and scaling
  • Manage budgets of $1M–1.5M+ per month, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation velocity
  • Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team: UA managers, creative designers, producers, influencer marketers
  • Partner with product, MarTech, and analytics teams to improve attribution and conversion tracking
  • Drive aggressive growth while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Optimize campaign structures, targeting strategies, creatives, and audiences
  • Ensure world-class reporting and performance analysis across all paid channels
  • Continuously improve creative testing systems and production pipelines
  • Stay on top of ad tech, privacy regulations (GDPR, ATT), and competitive trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including hands-on campaign management
  • At least 2 years of team management experience at Lead or Head level, including experience of managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience with large budgets ($500K–1.5M/month) and scaling paid UA channels
  • Deep knowledge of ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads
  • Solid grasp of attribution models, incrementality, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in GA4, Firebase, GTM, Tableau, Excel
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and engineering teams
  • Strong business acumen and goal-oriented approach — you care about outcomes, not just processes
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English (required for working with Meta/Google reps, partners)
