Job Description
Role
We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our user acquisition efforts across Tier-1 markets (U.S., UK, Canada, Australia). This person will own strategy and execution for scaling performance marketing through collaboration with product, creative, analytics, and MarTech teams.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing large budgets, a cross-functional team, and pushing the boundaries of creative testing and funnel optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire performance marketing strategy: planning, execution, testing, and scaling
- Manage budgets of $1M–1.5M+ per month, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation velocity
- Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team: UA managers, creative designers, producers, influencer marketers
- Partner with product, MarTech, and analytics teams to improve attribution and conversion tracking
- Drive aggressive growth while maintaining cost efficiency
- Optimize campaign structures, targeting strategies, creatives, and audiences
- Ensure world-class reporting and performance analysis across all paid channels
- Continuously improve creative testing systems and production pipelines
- Stay on top of ad tech, privacy regulations (GDPR, ATT), and competitive trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including hands-on campaign management
- At least 2 years of team management experience at Lead or Head level, including experience of managing cross-functional teams
- Proven experience with large budgets ($500K–1.5M/month) and scaling paid UA channels
- Deep knowledge of ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads
- Solid grasp of attribution models, incrementality, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in GA4, Firebase, GTM, Tableau, Excel
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and engineering teams
- Strong business acumen and goal-oriented approach — you care about outcomes, not just processes
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English (required for working with Meta/Google reps, partners)
