What You’ll Do

  • Own the overall marketing strategy, spanning brand, growth, product, and communications.

  • Build and lead high-performing marketing initiatives across content, demand gen, social, and PR.

  • Craft and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, activation, and adoption of Profile.com.

  • Oversee performance marketing and organic growth experiments

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B tech marketing

  • Ability to translate company goals into effective marketing plans.

  • Ability to get in the weeds on messaging, campaign strategy, and analytics.

  • Comfortable owning metrics, funnel performance, and marketing ops.

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions. 

  • Experience working with a growing team and early stage startup 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $140,000–$190,000 + equity, total package based on experience
