Growth marketing at SoSafe is a small, but experienced team with expertise across performance, web development, SEO, experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle. The team is focused on driving replicable and sustainable value for the business while maintaining strong efficiency and ROI. We’re looking for a proven Senior Growth Marketing Manager who can help us accelerate this momentum — someone who thrives in a scale-up environment, blends creativity with analytical insight, and thinks holistically about growth.
In this role, you’ll own and implement full-funnel growth initiatives that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll collaborate closely with the broader marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to scale acquisition, maximize conversion, and deliver meaningful experiences across the customer journey. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
Support Full Funnel & Growth strategy that spans awareness to revenue generation — integrating paid acquisition, SEO, email marketing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing to deliver measurable impact.
Optimize paid acquisition channels, specifically paid social (Linkedin, Meta, etc.) to efficiently drive qualified leads and opportunities.
Drive experimentation across landing pages, website journeys, and forms — leveraging data and customer insights to improve conversion rates and drive consistent funnel performance improvements.
Develop and advance nurture programs, product-led growth loops, and re-engagement campaigns that increase customer activation, retention, and expansion.
Contribute to organic growth strategies, optimizing content and technical SEO to improve visibility and drive consistent inbound traffic and leads.
Own the growth experimentation roadmap — designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests to drive incremental gains. Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Collaborate closely with Sales (SDRs, AEs), Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on pipeline targets, messaging, and customer insights — driving integrated go-to-market initiatives.
Keep the customer at the center of every growth decision — ensuring campaigns and messaging are rooted in a deep understanding of user pain points, behaviors, and motivations.
What makes you a great fit:
6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or full-funnel marketing roles ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, email/lifecycle marketing, and experimentation.
Strong data-driven mindset with experience using data to make informed strategic calls and prioritize growth opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in operating in high-growth startup environments with high output and ownership.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales structures and how to partner effectively with SDRs and AEs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on experience handling budgets, setting KPIs, and optimizing for funnel efficiency.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication — comfortable working with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement aligned growth strategies.
Highly customer-centric — motivated by understanding buyer journeys and creating value at every touchpoint.
Fluent in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak French, German, or Spanish
