Job Description
Community Boost is seeking a(n) Accelerator Success Coach to help our nonprofit Accelerator achieve greater impact. The Accelerator Success Coach will focus on providing coaching, delivering engaging content, and fostering our community to help our nonprofit members excel in various marketing channels. This position is for you if you are a lifelong learner with a passion for nonprofit marketing.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Emerging Client Success and directly support the clients of the Community Boost Accelerator Program.
- Offer expert guidance and personalized support to nonprofit Accelerator members, helping them understand and optimize marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Landing Pages, Analytics, and more.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Accelerator members.
- Facilitate productive discussions, encourage mutual learning while building an engaged community.
- Conduct weekly marketing office hours to answer members' questions and provide solutions to channel-specific issues or concerns. Be readily accessible and responsive to members' needs.
- Conduct thorough onboarding calls with all new members, familiarizing them with our program and its resources.
- Collaborate with members to build out their marketing strategies based on their goals and vision.
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to ensure their success.
- Responsible for providing a great client experience to drive client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in nonprofit digital marketing, with exposure to:
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, including contact management, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and coaching others, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging for diverse audiences
Google Ad Grant strategy and execution.
Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization.
Peer-to-peer fundraising and donor engagement tactics.
Fundraising best practices across digital channels.
