Affiliate & Partnerships Manager Prop Trading / Fintech – (Italian-speaking)

The Trading Pit (TTP) is one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading platforms globally. We are expanding our international partner network and are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive trader acquisition and revenue growth through academies, affiliates, and influencers.
This role reports to the Head of Business Development and can be based in Cyprus, Spain, or remote (depending on region).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with affiliates, trading academies, and influencers
• Manage and scale existing partner relationships
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and contracts
• Monitor partner performance and regional KPIs, optimizing results in collaboration with Marketing and other teams
• Ensure compliance, prevent fraud, and maintain high partner quality
• Represent TTP at industry events, expos, and conferences
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or partnerships (fintech, prop trading, FX/CFD, or brokerage preferred)
• Strong understanding of affiliate and performance-based marketing models
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools
• Fluent Italian (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

• Background in prop trading, trading education, or brokerage environments
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Cellxpert, Everflow)
• Influencer or performance marketing collaboration experience
• Knowledge of Futures, CFDs, and Stock trading instruments
