Job Description
Role: Amazon Advertising Specialist
Location: Remote | Serbia
Schedule: Full-time, requires overlap with US EST business hours
Salary: $1,600 - $3,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Reporting to the Director of Advertising, the Amazon Advertising Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution, daily management, and optimization of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns. This role is focused on driving client success through meticulous campaign setup, continuous monitoring, and data-driven analysis, and continuous optimization towards hitting pre-defined KPIs.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced remote work environment. You will be responsible for translating advertising strategies into flawless execution, managing campaign budgets and performance, and providing performance insights to the internal team. This is a non-client-facing role focused purely on operational excellence and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
- Daily Optimization: Perform daily campaign management, including monitoring budgets, adjusting bids, and managing placements to meet performance goals.
- Keyword Management: Conduct keyword research, keyword harvesting, and ongoing keyword targeting optimizations, including adding negatives, to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Reporting: Pull and prepare regular performance reports for the internal advertising team, providing clear insights on key metrics (ACoS, TACOS, CPC, ROAS, CAC, NTB).
- DSP Support: Dedicate approximately 10% of time to supporting Amazon DSP campaign setup and operational tasks as directed.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Amazon Advertising Managers and the Director to ensure campaign execution aligns with the approved strategy.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP).
- Proven experience with the Amazon Advertising Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain working-hour overlap with the US Eastern Time (EST) zone.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with third-party Amazon advertising tools (e.g., xNurta, Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua).
- Experience with or exposure to the Amazon DSP platform.
- Experience working remotely for a US-based company.
- Amazon Ads certification.
