Role Summary
The mission of the Amazon Manager is to own and scale Superhuman’s Amazon channel into a high-performing, compliant, and profitable growth engine.
This role exists to optimize every element of our Amazon ecosystem—from listings, advertising, and logistics to pricing and brand protection—ensuring Superhuman’s products achieve maximum visibility, conversion, and sustained growth.
Success means consistently hitting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and proactive platform management while aligning Amazon performance with Superhuman’s broader business strategy and growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the full Amazon catalog to ensure accuracy, discoverability, and conversion excellence across listings, content, and brand assets.
- Design, execute, and scale high-performing advertising and promotional strategies that meet ACOS, ROAS, and profitability targets.
- Maintain flawless compliance by proactively monitoring account health, resolving policy issues, and safeguarding brand integrity.
- Lead forecasting and inventory coordination with 3PL, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to sustain optimal stock levels and fulfillment accuracy.
- Build and deliver performance reports and dashboards that translate data into clear insights and business decisions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, creative, and operations to ensure seamless product launches and promotional execution.
- Enhance customer experience by monitoring reviews, improving feedback loops, and strengthening brand reputation on Amazon.

What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts for performance-driven consumer brands.
 Proven track record in optimizing listings, driving PPC campaigns, and scaling revenue profitably.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, creative, and supply chain teams.
- Deep understanding of Amazon compliance, brand registry, and IP protection best practices.
- Background in DTC, consumer goods, or health & fitness brands preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000-48,000 (USD).
