Job Description

Company Overview:
At Panopto, we are driven by a powerful purpose: to be the leader in visual and audio-based learning. We do this by empowering learners with interactive video and by obsessively understanding our users' goals and delivering solutions that truly matter. Backed by a leading private equity firm, we are a team of approximately 200 professionals dedicated to doing the most impactful work of our careers.

To enhance our team we are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to own our demand generation strategy and campaign execution for one of our key markets.

Position Summary:

As Panopto’s Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within either the corporate or the higher education market across the U.S. and EMEA. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to attract, nurture, and convert institutional prospects.

In this highly hands-on role, you’ll plan and manage integrated campaigns — including email programs, webinar promotions, paid media and SEO, and digital engagement — from concept through reporting. You’ll write compelling email copy, build campaigns in our marketing automation platform, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in business development, product marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and measurable results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven, creative marketer who’s eager to own campaigns end-to-end and contribute directly to Panopto’s growth in the education market. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to other initiatives that directly advance our core values and help you elevate your craft.

How You’ll Contribute:

    • In this role, you will:
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within your assigned market (Corporate or Higher Education).
    • Develop campaign strategies and messaging in partnership with Product Marketing, aligning with market needs, buyer personas, and the customer journey.
    • Manage campaign execution end-to-end across email, webinars, and paid media, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and meet performance goals.
    • Support paid media campaigns by partnering with our agency to support paid media programs, including campaign themes and measurement
    • Write and edit marketing copy for email programs, landing pages, and webinar promotions that effectively convert leads and support Panopto’s brand voice.
    • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in our marketing automation platform (HubSpot experience a plus), including audience segmentation, workflows, and reporting setup.
    • Collaborate with Sales Development and Account Executives to ensure campaigns are aligned with outreach strategies and drive qualified leads to sales.
    • Report on campaign performance, analyzing conversion rates, funnel impact, and ROI to continuously improve future programs.
    • Test, learn, and iterate to improve engagement rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign efficiency over time.

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in campaign or demand generation roles at a B2B software or SaaS company.
    • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling copy for email and digital campaigns.
    • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, interpreting metrics, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
    • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Collaborative and proactive communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience marketing to higher education or corporate audiences across U.S. and EMEA is a plus.
