Position: Content Lead - Viral / Absurdist Formats
Location: Remote (Global)

Role Overview:
We’re hiring someone who understands “brain-rot”, absurdist, fast-attention content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram—at both a systems and creative level. This person will own format design, creative direction, and performance across client channels while managing creatives and client relationships.
This is not a posting role. This is a format, people, and a performance ownership role with emphasis on filmmaking, organic storytelling, and platform-tailored virality.
Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate viral content formats optimized per platform (YouTube, TikTok, IG) for retention, CTR, and engagement
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and oversee production with filmmaking and organic storytelling principles
- Translate chaotic internet culture into repeatable, scalable content systems across multiple platforms
- Lead editors, writers, and designers with clear creative direction
- Own content performance and iterate quickly based on analytics (retention, engagement, velocity)
- Manage client communication, feedback loops, and expectations
- Experiment aggressively and kill formats that stop performing
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency across all outputs
Requirements:
- Proven experience producing viral content across multiple social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Strong creative experience in filmmaking, organic content creation, and storytelling
- Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts, and platform-specific formats
- Ability to engineer repeatable virality, not just hope for luck
- Experience managing creatives and keeping output fast without chaos
- Comfortable defending creative decisions with clients
- Highly organized, decisive, and execution-focused
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing multiple client channels simultaneously
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards across platforms
- Background in short-form content successfully translated to long-form
