We are looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to run our organic program across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit. You will build and operate the Social OS; repackage long-form content into channel-native threads, carousels, text posts, and short clips; make our content discoverable using question-based targeting and AEO or GEO structures; treat social as search with smart titles, descriptions, and chapters; measure what matters; collaborate with SEO, analytics, website, and paid social; and protect the brand with clear guardrails.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Social OS: manage a dynamic editorial calendar, uphold channel guardrails, drive engagement protocols, and streamline approvals to preserve both speed and brand integrity.
  • Operate core channels: deliver consistent, reliable publishing across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit, ensuring expert moderation, timely escalation, and unwavering brand voice.
  • Transform at scale: repackage long-form content into channel-native threads, carousels, text posts, short clips, and compelling lead magnets that captivate your audiences.
  • Optimize discoverability: leverage question-based targeting and expertly implement AEO/GEO structures; collaborate with web teams on schema and internal linking for maximum search visibility.
  • Analyze and improve: provide comprehensive reporting and translate metrics into targeted optimizations for content and engagement strategies.
  • Capture and amplify insights: surface key questions from the community, then share actionable learnings across paid media, PR, and sales enablement to drive cross-functional growth.
Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years of B2B social or content experience with a portfolio showing daily publishing, smart repackaging, and sound community judgment.
  • Proven AEO or GEO execution: concise, citation-ready answers; clear headings; snippet-friendly writing; comfort requesting schema updates.
  • Platform fluency: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit; social scheduling and listening; basic video editing for short-form trims.
  • Tools and ops: HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce; Jira; strong UTM discipline.
  • Research-led content strategy and crisp communication: translate insights into actionable content plans; explain complex ideas simply.
  • AI literacy: familiarity with generative AI and how LLMs retrieve, summarize, and cite sources.
  • Cross-functional muscle: collaborate well with analytics, web, paid, and ABM in a high-growth environment.
How Success is Measured
  • Reliable posting cadence: Maintain or exceed the expected daily publishing schedule for each channel, ensuring consistent moderation and audience engagement.
  • Enhanced answer-engine visibility: Increase presence in AI Overviews and similar platforms, expand Q&A content, and steadily grow both branded and non-branded discovery through targeted use of AEO and GEO structured strategies.
