About Us:

We work with fast-growing consumer brands to scale revenue through high-performance creative across Meta, TikTok, and emerging paid channels. Our team sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and growth, partnering directly with founders and marketing leads to turn ads into predictable revenue engines.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Growth Marketer who has actually been in the trenches—someone who understands how to build, test, and scale direct-response ads for CPG brands. This role is not about vibes or brand fluff. It’s about what converts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the creative strategy for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Develop direct-response ad concepts rooted in:
  • Consumer psychology
  • Hook-driven messaging
  • Offer and angle testing
  • Translate performance data into clear creative insights (what to scale, kill, or iterate)
  • Write and structure:
  • Ad scripts
  • UGC briefs
  • Static + video ad concepts
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers to execute at speed
  • Build and manage creative testing frameworks (volume + iteration > one-off ideas)
  • Stay ahead of platform trends while maintaining a performance-first mindset

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in growth marketing or creative strategy
  • Direct experience working with CPG brands (DTC or omnichannel)
  • Proven track record creating direct-response ads that scale, not just “brand awareness”
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Paid social performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, MER, hooks, thumb-stop rate)
  • UGC-style creative and founder-led content
  • Strong copy instincts (you know how to write hooks that stop scrolls)
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communications skills
  • Ability to work full-time EST aligned

Bonus Points:

  • Experience scaling brands from 6 → 7 or 8 figures
  • Background at a well-known CPG or DTC brand
  • Experience briefing creators or managing UGC pipelines
  • Familiarity with creative testing systems (e.g. 10–20 new concepts per week)
