Job Description
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help build and launch marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. Most of your time will be spent creating emails in Braze (or similar platforms), checking every detail to make sure campaigns run smoothly, and supporting the team with day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do
Build and set up marketing campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms).
Code and edit emails using HTML/CSS and Liquid.
Segment audiences and set up targeting.
Double-check campaigns before launch to make sure links, tracking, and design work perfectly across devices.
Make sure all campaigns follow compliance rules and disclosures.
Support the team with extra tasks like push or in-app campaigns when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar email platforms.
Experience in HTML/CSS and Liquid (nice to have) for building and editing emails.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
Basic knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
Strong attention to detail — you spot mistakes others might miss.
Able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Nice to Have
Experience with push and in-app messaging.
Curiosity and interest in learning new marketing tools and channels.
