Job Description

THE CHALLENGE

We’re building a best-in-class sales organization of ambitious, multilingual professionals ready to make an impact. The opportunity is massive, competition is fierce, and our journey has only just begun. We’re looking for startup-minded individuals who bring creative problem-solving, excellent communication in multiple languages, and an unstoppable drive to succeed.

Why is Sales at Eventbrite exciting? You’ll collaborate with event organizers across borders and industries—from international music festivals to corporate conferences, niche workshops, and large-scale cultural events. With our platform's flexibility, every client conversation is different. There’s no script and no one-size-fits-all solution. We empower our consultative sales experts to adapt and thrive—and we invest in smart, ambitious people who want to grow their careers at Eventbrite.

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Bilingual Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, are fluent in English and at least one other language (German, Dutch, Spanish, or French preferred), and bring a strong mix of relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.

If you’re driven, multilingual, and passionate about revolutionizing the live experience industry—we want to hear from you.

YOU WILL

  • Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by selling Eventbrite’s solutions to new business accounts across diverse regions and verticals
  • Deliver compelling, value-based pitches in English and another European language to position Eventbrite as a strategic partner for international clients
  • Primarily engage prospects via phone or virtual meetings, with occasional in-person meetings depending on the region
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, warm leads, and market research
  • Manage the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams (Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to close deals efficiently
  • Develop deep expertise in your market by staying informed on trends, challenges, and competitors in your assigned territory
  • Keep our CRM system up to date with all sales activities and client data
  • Accurately forecast revenue and deal progression to support business planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global peers and partners to improve sales processes and share insights

THE SKILL SET

  • 4+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or ticketing environment
  • Fluent in English and one additional language (German, Dutch, Spanish or French strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in both languages
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a track record of building trust and influencing decision-makers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and online presentation tools
  • Adept at identifying customer needs, managing objections, and driving deals to closure
  • A proactive, competitive mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment
  • Prior experience selling to or working with international clients is a strong plus
