IB & Marketing Manager (Forex) – Remote

Cape Town | R25 000 – R30 000

A fast-growing Forex brokerage is seeking a commercially driven IB & Marketing Manager to drive revenue through marketing-led business development and IB/partner growth.

This is a performance-focused, fully remote role, with success measured by FTDs, revenue growth, and IB network expansion. Ideal for a self-starter who knows how to scale forex businesses through partnerships, affiliates, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through marketing and business development initiatives

  • Attract and onboard IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners

  • Build, grow, and manage a high-performing IB network

  • Deliver consistent monthly FTDs via partner channels

  • Manage and optimise digital marketing and social media

  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners

  • Track performance, ROI, and growth metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in forex marketing and business development

  • Strong understanding of IB and affiliate growth models

  • Track record of FTD and revenue delivery

  • Digital marketing experience in financial services

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
