What will you do?
- Team Operations & Organization:
- Maintain and update team wikis, shared resources, and documentation so information is easy to find and up to date.
- Coordinate team syncs, brainstorms, and cross-functional meetings — ensuring agendas, notes, and follow-ups drive clarity and momentum.
- Help streamline workflows and communication tools to keep the marketing org running efficiently.
- Support onboarding materials and knowledge-sharing for new team members.
- Support the Chief Growth Officer: Manage calendars, coordinate priorities, track deliverables, and prepare briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Project Management: Help organize key marketing campaigns — ensuring deadlines, assets, and communications flow smoothly across teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with teams across media, brand, partnerships, and analytics to keep projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Event & Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, leadership offsites, and campaign launches.
- Media & Communications: Support reporting, content development, and presentation prep for media initiatives and executive updates.
- Creative & Ad Ops: Manage contracting & invoicing for productions, shoots, partnerships, and social & influencer; support performance creative asset creation and coordinate creative performance tracking & readouts.
- Budget Management: Support budget tracking and invoice management to ensure spend accuracy.
What will you NOT do?
- You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
- You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.
- You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed here!
- You will NOT get yourself burned out. We work hard but we believe in maintaining a sustainable work/life balance. Really.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply.
