The Opportunity That Awaits You:

The Marketing Manager, APAC will play a critical role in designing and executing the Marketing Strategy across the APAC region. Principle working in supporting our direct business in Japan however with a future focus on supporting both direct and distributor Marketing across APAC.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
  • The role will be broad and encompass 2 principle areas aligning to the overarching International Marketing Strategy, including
  • · Product Management
  • Capital and Service
  • Utilisation and Disposables
  • · Education and Customer Engagement Events

  • Product Management (Not limited to…)
    Capital & Service
  • Ensure Clinical messaging is fit for purpose, updated within materials and integrated into all medical education and event activities.
  • Ensure clear and concise Clinical messaging is understood by all stakeholders internal and external.
  • Work with KOL to review current and future clinical messaging strategies
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deeply understand the medical and scientific aspects of the products positioning these aligned to the values of the customers.
  • Provide training and educational materials to both internal teams and external healthcare providers on the clinical benefits and applications of products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide clinical marketing and Sales collateral and materials that support their sales efforts.

  • Utilisation & Disposables
  • Monitor and report program effectiveness identifying best practice and generating strategies to enhance product adoption within Aquablation accounts.
  • Build strong relationships within sales, marketing, clinical, global commercial learning & development, legal and regulatory teams across our matrix organsiation.
  • Create clinical-focused marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and presentations, that highlight the benefits and effectiveness of products.
  • Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
  • Education and Customer Engagement Events
  • Peer-to-peer educational programs and Trade Shows support of educating urologists on the benefits of the Aquablation therapy procedure and technology.
  • This individual will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally and with Procept’s expanding network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create, schedule and execute a range of medical education program offerings throughout the International Organisation, with primary focus being UK.
  • You will own events calendar and execute responsively to the needs of the commercial organization also being responsible for all logistics in support of the Company’s medical education and Trade Show program calendar.
  • You will be expected to hit the ground running, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help transform patient care while establishing a career in medical device marketing.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, medical education/ events marketing, with a focus on program coordination and execution
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Experience working with in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
