About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize our marketing execution across Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Qualified, and Outreach. This role is ideal for someone who already has solid experience in marketing automation/ops and CRM operations and wants to deepen their expertise in a modern B2B SaaS tech stack.
You’ll focus on execution quality, process consistency, and operational reliability, working closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and SDR teams.
What you’ll do
Marketo (primary focus)
- Build, launch, and maintain marketing programs (email, webinars, events, nurtures).
- Configure and manage smart campaigns, program statuses, tokens, and segmentation.
- Perform QA and testing to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and clean data flow.
- Support lead lifecycle operations (scoring, normalization, routing triggers).
Salesforce (campaign & data operations)
- Maintain Salesforce Campaign setup and hygiene (member statuses, naming conventions).
- Ensure reliable Marketo–Salesforce sync behavior and troubleshoot common sync issues.
- Support accurate pipeline attribution through correct campaign association.
Demandbase (ABM support)
- Maintain account and persona targeting lists aligned to ICP definitions.
- Support audience activation into Marketo and Salesforce
- Perform QA to ensure correct account and contact targeting.
- Help troubleshoot sync and data consistency issues with Marketing Ops.
Qualified (conversational marketing)
- Support chat and meeting flows (routing logic, form-to-chat handoff, lead capture).
- Monitor speed-to-lead and handoff quality in partnership with SDR teams.
Outreach (sales activation support)
- Support clean lead/account handoff into sales engagement tools.
- Partner with Sales Ops / SDR Ops on list quality and targeting feedback loops.
Process & reporting
- Follow and help improve campaign intake, QA, and launch processes.
- Maintain basic documentation and operational checklists.
- Support recurring reporting by ensuring clean inputs and consistent execution.

What we’re looking for
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Demand Gen Ops.
- Hands-on Marketo experience (building programs and smart campaigns independently).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (Campaigns, Leads/Contacts, basic reporting concepts).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes.
- Professional English (written and spoken) — you’ll work with global teams.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with Demandbase, Qualified, Outreach, or similar tools.
- Marketo certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email edits.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or complex sales cycles.
- Understanding of GDPR-safe marketing operations practices.
